Hello friends! I hope you had a fabulous weekend. I was busy enjoying a fun World Card Making Day on Saturday, and then on Sunday we celebrated my bestie’s little dude turning 5. I also spent some time updating my October Events Calendar, so make sure you check it out and RSVP for your can’t miss favourites asap. I know several of you will be excited.
Now let’s take a peek at today’s card.
There’s a crazy cute stamp set in the Holiday Catalogue called Mr Funny Bones. Super awesome for Halloween, and equally adorable for other events too. There’s sentiments like ‘break a leg’, ‘oh snap’ and ‘hip hip hooray’. Cute right?!
Creative Tips:
- Double up the gold. Gold Embossing is stunning on this sentiment, but add in that Gold Baker’s Twine and it’s double the drama.
- Play up opposites. The Very Vanilla ½” Lace Trim is a soft and beautiful embellishment and the white embossed skeleton on black paper is almost harsh, but add these two opposites together to meet in the middle.
