Hello crafters, card makers, scrapbookers, and stampers! I hope you’re as excited as I am for my pink lobster card using the Ocean Friends Bundle. This bundle was one of the very first I ordered from the new 2025 Jan-April Mini Catalogue and I have had SO much fun making projects to share with you!
I thought we’d start off this week with a relatively simple, bright and fun pink lobster card. The lobster and crab stamps in this bundle are two step stamps. This means that there are two stamps that are used together to create one image. First I stamped the outline/detail stamp and then stamped the filler image to create a fully coloured lobster, without having to do any colouring!
I decided to add some fun layering with this white on white background. If you’re ever thinking your card needs just a little something more, try die cutting some imagery in the same colour as your card base and using it in the background. You get some beautiful added texture, but without drawing the eye away from your focal imagery.
