On Sunday and Monday I had my Calgary Stampin’ Up! Stamp Club ladies over to make some fun projects. As I prepared for my upcoming club I got some great inspiration from a few different places, so I’m thankful to those who shared their creations.
Our technique this month was Tie Dye. This card was in the Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator magazine Stampin’ Success and as soon as I saw it I knew it would be good for my club ladies.
I did a circular tie dye effect rather than the starburst featured in the magazine. Love the way it turned out.
This next card was cased from Mindy. I love her creativity. The Dapper Dad stamp set is going to make a ton of great masculine cards! Pair it with the Beyond Plaid stamp set and you’re set!
The buttons are a super fun faux. I stamped them from the Button Button stamp set, punched them out, and then covered them in Crystal Effects. You could make buttons in every colour!
Last but certainly not least is this card cased from my friend Christine Gaydos. Simple and beautiful! Thanks Christine!
I designed a Mother’s Day card for the club ladies, but it had an untimely death by ink pad smear, so I opted to photograph this ‘thank you’ version instead. It happens. 🙂
I hope you enjoyed our projects! And if you’re thinking Stamp Club would be a good fit for you, I have another round beginning in June! You can see some details HERE.
Happy Stampin’
