Thoughts & Prayers Card

• Make sure you use Thick Whisper White Cardstock for your card base. This cardstock is thicker than the traditional Whisper White Cardstock and is perfect for a nice sturdy card that won’t fall over. 
• To create the background, use an excess piece of cardstock and cover the ‘sky’ portion of the card while you work on the grass.
• Using a Stampin’ Sponge, add some Pear Pizzazz Ink to the bottom ½” of your cardstock. Continue adding colour to your grass by switching to Old Olive Ink and blending above and slightly into the Pear Pizzazz area with your Stampin’ Sponge.
• To create the sky, use another excess piece of cardstock, but this time cover the ‘grass’ that you’ve just sponged.
• Use a new Stampin’ Sponge to add Bermuda Bay Ink to the bottom 1 ½” of the sky (closest to the grass). Continue adding colour to the sky by switching to Pool Party Ink and blending above and slightly into the Bermuda Bay area with your Stampin’ Sponge.
• To create the white spots, fill your Aqua Painter with water and splatter your sponged area by tapping the barrel of the Aqua Painter on the pointer finger of your non dominant hand. Allow to dry completely. 
• Stamp tree and sentiment using Basic Black Archival Ink.
