Sock Monkey Baby

Hi Everyone!

Yep, ANOTHER new baby in this family! Well, not quite yet, but soon!!!! My sister is due in September, so I’m getting a head start on some baby projects for her. I think I might replace the sentiment with a ‘thank you’ and then make her a bunch of them to have ready for after her baby shower.


Ok, so are you wondering what designer series paper that is??? It’s the Travel Journal paper from the Summer Mini Catalogue! There are so many awesome prints in this paper pack, get it before it’s gone at the end of the month!!!
I used the Sock Monkey stamp set as well as the Family Phrases stamp set (for the sentiment). I did some paper piecing on my monkey with Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie, and some of the DSP. I also added some stitching to him with the White Signo Gel Pen.


And don’t forget those awesome punches! I used the Word Window as well as the Modern Label. This card came together quickly and easily thanks to the co-ordinating cardstock and DSP Stampin’ Up! carries. I wouldn’t trade that perfect colour matching for the world!
