Hi friends! I’m excited to share the news that I was asked to join the Fancy Friday Blog Hop! Eep! I hope I’m fancy enough!
Our theme this month is ‘non-traditional Christmas colours’. I’m a fan of bright and colourful, so I chose Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Cucumber Crush, and Smoky Slate.
So are you thinking I’m crazy? Just wait until you see the card before you order my straightjacket.
That bold and fun sentiment is from the Jolly Christmas stamp set, and then I used the Holly Jolly Greetings stamp set for the large snowflakes and silver stars. I think these two sets go together really well.
To get this multicolour stamped sentiment, simply use the brush tip end of your Stampin’ Write Markers to apply ink directly to the rubber of your stamp. Once you’ve coloured the entire sentiment, breathe on the stamp – the hot sticky breath from your throat, don’t just blow on it – this will remoisten any ink that may have dried. All that’s left to do is stamp onto your paper and watch the magic happen!
You can find all the supplies to make this card in my Canadian Online Stampin’ Up! Shop. You’ll also find links to everything I’ve used at the bottom of this blog post.
But before you run off, let’s go see what my fancy friend Cindy Schuster has to share today. I know it will be incredible!
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Happy Stampin’
