Merry Mice Christmas Card - Nice People STAMP!

Hello friends! Happy Friday! I have an action packed weekend ahead with my Advent Wreath Class on Saturday, and then my Inkin’ Elite Team Founder’s Circle on Sunday. I’ve got some fun things planned for these events, and I’m excited to share the details with you after they’ve wrapped up. I certainly don’t want to spoil the surprise for my guests. 🙂

Today’s card features the Merry Mice stamp set – which is on SALE as part of the Stitched with Heart promotion.

The little mice are so sweet, and it’s so relaxing to sit and colour them in with a Blender Pen and some ink pads.

I’ve also used the Fancy Frost Sequins and Fancy Frost Designer Series Paper to really make this card a stunner. And surprise! The paper is on sale until Nov 28th!

Creative Tips:

Mix it up! After I coloured in my adorable little mouse, I took a quick flip though my designer paper stash and found some patterns that coordinated. All 4 of these designer papers are from different collections, but because the colours are all present in the mouse, they work!
Shimmer Paper in a pinch! If you can even believe it, I’m totally out of watercolour paper. This is horrifying, but a fact. However, did you know that you can use Blender Pens and your Aqua Painters on Shimmer Paper to colour images? This paper is a fabulous alternative to watercolour paper, and it’s got a lovely, faint shimmer to it.
