I’m a child of the 80’s and 90’s. I lived through the years of neon, hair scrunchies, and hypercolor. I rolled my jeans, teased my hair, and had spandex in every imaginable colour. And as soon as I saw the new Kaleidoscope Designer Series Paper in the Spring Occasions Stampin’ Up! Catalogue I was immediately reminded of my much younger days.
The Kaleidoscope DSP is a throwback to the 80’s, but it’s been updated to be hip and cool in 2014. The colours are bright and bold, and the prints are funky and fresh. Paired with basic black, these designer series papers really pop.
I was having so much fun with all these bright colours that I couldn’t resist adding a fun pennant banner and some strawberry slush ink splotches to the inside of my card too.
