Our June Stamp Club meeting was alllllll about the new In Colours and masking. There are many different techniques you can use that involve masking, so at club I showed them three of my favourites.
Here I used the leftover cardstock after you use the Big Shot Circles #2 die as my mask. Here’s what the die looks like so you can envision what I’m talking about:

Then I just used my sponge daubers and my ink pads apply colour to the cardstock beneath the mask. With the selection of beautiful new In Colours, this card really turned into a stunner! Then with the mask still in place, I stamped the detailed butterfly from the Papillon Potpourri stamp set on top of my sponged colour. I LOVE the way it turned out!
