Hello my friends, and happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. We were very lucky to have my Dad and his wife visiting. It was action packed, with a visit to the Calgary Food and Wine Festival on Saturday, and then a trip up to the local college to celebrate their 100th birthday with cake and other festivities on Sunday. I absolutely love it when my family comes to visit, I just wish it was a little more often.
My project today is a Project Life layout of their visit last fall. How perfect. 🙂 I’ve used the Hello Lovely Card Collection and Accessory Pack. This collection is absolutely stunning!
I will often create a traditional 12 x 12 scrapbook page to go with my Project Life layouts, to highlight a special photo. I just love this casual snapshot of all of us at the farmer’s market.
I used one of the die cut specialty cards as a stencil to sponge these flowers onto my page with Peekaboo Peach Ink. It’s super easy, but incredibly stunning.
And don’t forget that you can coordinate the sticker letters and stamp set in the Accessory Pack to create a custom title card, as I did here. Again, super easy.
