Have you ever tried the alcohol ink background technique before? I realized recently that I’ve never shared with you how I do, so I have a fun post for you today!
I made this ‘reel’ (a somewhat new way to share videos on Instagram) and have uploaded it here for you today. I’ve been sharing some great tips, techniques, and tutorials on my Instagram account, so make sure you go and follow me HERE. I would really appreciate your support to grow my account on Instagram.
I just LOVE how this technique looks with this Halloween card. I’ve been creating a TON with the Frightfully Cute Bundle recently (yeah, you probably noticed if you’re a regular blog visitor). It’s my favourite Halloween bundle in the Holiday Catalgoue and I just can’t seem to put it down.
Did you notice the embossed bats in the background of this card? I think it’s so cool how they almost blend in with the background, just like how they are mostly undetectable at night in real life.
You’ll find everything I used to make this card in my Canadian Online Stampin’ Up! Store (you’ll find clickable images for each product at the end of this blog post). And when you shop with me, you get rewarded! With every $50 ordered using the September Host Code, you’ll automatically be enrolled in my Stamp Tokens program, plus receive a thank you gift from me.
I hope you’ll join me for my incredible Frightfully Cute Online Class! It’s also my LAST Halloween class of this year, so don’t miss it!!
