Hello friends! Today I’m flying across the ocean and on my way to Hong Kong. Then just after a few short hours in the airport I’ll be on my way to Thailand for the Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip! Well, at least that’s the plan. Keep your finger and toes crossed for me that there are no travel delays. My bestie and I are exploring while our husbands stay home and tend to the houses and animals. Woot! Girls trip!!
Today’s card is bright and fun and full of colour! Kind of what I imagine Thailand will be like.
I had a lot of fun colouring in this stamp from the Good Vibes Stamp Set with my Watercolour Pencils. I love that it’s just one big stamp and I don’t have to mess around with placing the leaves and sentiment and bird ‘just so’. All that work is done for me. The added texture on the Melon Mambo card base is from the Woodland Embossing Folder and my Big Shot. I think it’s the perfect little bit of extra detail.
