I hope all my Canadian readers enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving long weekend with family and friends. I took the weekend off work (SO weird for me!) and spent some quality time hosting my Dad and his wife. We had a really fantastic time, although the visit went by way too quickly, as it always seems to.
You may have noticed a little bit of sporadic posting in the last two weeks. I’m sorry for that, but I’ve been working on a bunch of projects for someone who has commissioned me to do some creating for her. It has been such a pleasure working with her, and I’m excited to show you what I’ve been doing.
Today’s project is the centerpiece for a baby shower. So the boxes will sit in the middle of each table and inside are little baby onesie postcards. Throughout the baby shower, guests will be encouraged to write a note of well wishes to the parents-to-be and the baby. They can then be hung on a clothesline at the baby shower, or the new Daddy can hang them up in the house before Mom and baby get home from the hospital. Here’s a picture of them hanging in my kitchen window.
I’ve got some more baby shower creations to show you over the next few days, so I hope you come back and ‘see’ me.
Happy Stampin’
