Welcome to the Stampin’ Up! Artisan Blog Hop! As Artisans we are constantly getting spoiled with goodies from Stampin’ Up!, and when our September box of products arrived I was over the moon excited that the Freaky Friends stamp set was inside! I just love all those little dudes.
This summer at Stampin’ Up! Convention we were given a little sneak peek of the September Paper Pumpkin Kit (it’s FAB by the way). Anyways, I thought the (spoiler alert!) burlap bags were adorable and I thought I’d sew little itty bitty ones using the Stampin’ Up! Burlap Ribbon.
They are the perfect size to hold two pencils, which will be a nice break from all the candy kids usually receive at Halloween. It was easy to decorate the burlap pouches with some punches and of course my new Freaky Friends stamp set too. 🙂
I love how they turned out so much that I’ve decided to offer this class to my local Calgary customers and also a Class by Mail! I’ll post all of those details on my blog tomorrow, so stay tuned!
Now head on over to see my friend Barbara. She’s always got something beautiful to share!
Have a fabulous day! And thanks for stopping by! Happy Stampin’ Allison
I always give non-candy at Halloween and love this idea!! but with three kids x 20 kids a class = 60 burlap sleeves to sew … um, yeah. maybe candy it is! lol
Super cute ideas and TOTALLY using them! Your photography is popping this week>
How cute! My grandchildren would adore these!
