Hello my friends and welcome to the official Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team blog hop. We are a team of 20 stampers from all over the globe, so thank you for visiting me in Calgary, Canada!
I have been dying to play with the new Hello December 2016 Project Life by Stampin’ Up! Collection, and although I love my Project Life pocket-style scrapbooking, I wanted to show you how you can use this fabulous product line for more than memory keeping.
I’m smitten with the Hello December products, and they’re great for card making too. You’ll find the background paper (a 4″x6″ card I trimmed down) and focal card (4″x3″ reindeer) from the card collection, and the cute small card (2″x2″ diagonal stripe) and embellishments from the accessory pack. I’ve also used the BRAND NEW Stitched Shapes Framelits on my two smallest cards to make especially fantastic. These new dies are seriously stunning.
You’ll trim down the 4″x6″ Project Life card to fit on the front of your card base, but don’t throw that little strip away! I added one of these strips to each of my card fronts for a little extra embellishment.
Each card has exactly the same layout and embellishments, but by switching up the preprinted cards from the card collection, you get a completely different look.
I used so few supplies on my projects today, because there’s so much awesomeness packed into these Project Life collections. Check out how limited my supply list is:

These are adorable! I love seeing the three totally different cards with the exact same layout. It's great to see all the different options that just a change of paper can give you!
It's so nice, too, to be able to see some of the papers available in the Project Life kits. The images in the catalog and online are always SO tiny that I can't see them well enough to know if I want them or not. Now… I'm a little sad that I just put in a SU! order yesterday and have to wait a month to order again!
Thanks, too, for sharing images of your bingo night! I wish I could have been there, it looks like so much fun!
