This week our blog hop features the brand new Happy Birthday Gorgeous Bundle, and WOW it is a stunner! As you can see on the front of my card, the big and beautiful die is absolute perfection. An incredible font, and the perfect size for cardmaking – love it!
On the inside of my card I’ve used the co-ordinating stamp set. You are going to find LOTS of awesome stamps in this set. I think I’ve already inked up over half of them! It also coordinates with the Balloon Punch, so that’s awesome.
Now let’s talk colour combinations for a moment, shall we? When I was creating this card I immediately reached for my new favourite colour, Lemon Lime Twist. I then decided that I’d like to incorporate a few more of the new In Colors, so Powder Pink and Berry Burst were added. I knew I wanted Bermuda Bay, so I threw that in. But then out of nowhere I saw Peekaboo Peach on another project in my studio and bam! I think this colour combination is surprising, yet oh so fab. I hope you’ll try it out.
