Hello and welcome to the Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop! Today I’m here to share a super fun birthday card that would be perfect for anyone’s special day!
I love the new Celebrate Today stamps set in the Occasions Catalogue. It might be a new favourite (but I say that about everything). I love the big balloons!
It’s super easy to create these two tone balloons. Simply ink up the balloon with the lightest of your ink colours, then sponge on the darker colour, (but just on one side), and stamp it on your paper. Viola! Two tone balloons!
Now let’s go see what my friend Barbara has to share this week!
Thanks for stopping by today!
Happy Stampin’

I had not noticed this stamp set in the catalog until I saw your beautiful creation! The color combination you chose and the gold embossing look outstanding!

Thanks so much Rita! You'll really love this set. It's a lot more versatile than it looks at first glance.

I'm thinking that you heat embossed your expressions on vellum? I didn't know that would work. Can you please confirm?
Allison Okamitsu says
I certainly did! It's super easy, just be sure to use the embossing buddy so the extra embossing powder doesn't stick to the vellum.
