My card today is one that represents my current career and my past one. Did you know that I used to be a Pastry Chef? I’ve made many beautiful wedding cakes for couples to celebrate their special day, so I can tell you with certainty that the real ones are a lot more time consuming to make than the paper ones. 🙂
These stunning succulents have been stamped on Watercolour Paper and then coloured in with my Aqua Painter and several colours of ink. I wanted my succulents to look like they were just plucked from a garden, so I added lots of shades of colour. I also did some random stamping in the background behind my cake with the Timeless Textures Stamp Set – another goodie to have in your collection. Are you wondering where that cake came from? It’s a leftover die cut from my Birthday Bright Project Kit! Sometimes I just can’t let go of a good die cut. #hoarderproblems
