Whoa! I’ve got to say that this weekend really threw me for a loop! It was amazing and awesome and fun! BUT, I was sure tired today!
On Saturday I started off my day with a class at the Nikkei Cultural & Senior Centre. This was the third time I did the Kindness Matters Japanese Fundraiser Class and year to date over $300 has been raised! Thanks to everyone that attended! There will be a NEW fundraiser class in the fall, so stay tuned!
Then Saturday evening I hosted the Mini Travel Album Class! What fun! The girls were lovely to have as always. I’m so lucky to have such amazing customer friends. For those of you who fell in love with the apple dip, here is the recipe:
1 pkg softened cream cheese
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 pkg skor bits
Mix everything together and enjoy!
Saturday evening after the class wrapped up I began the preparations for a baby shower cake I made on Sunday morning. It was for my very dear friend Denisse who is expecting a baby boy in one month. They’ve chosen the name Oliver, which I think is adorable!
So Sunday morning I finished up the cake, and then it was Stamp Club on Sunday afternoon! The girls were excited to receive the new catalogue, so they zoomed through their projects so they could have their very own copy in their hot little hands! There were most certainly some squeals as they turned the pages! I’ll show you our Stamp Club projects in a future post.
And then as soon as Stamp Club wrapped up it was off to my upline Kristine’s house for a demonstrator get together and short meeting. I was lucky enough to have 2 of my downline attend as well! Thanks for coming Cathy and Avery!
So that was my weekend! What did you do?
I’m posting the details of the new catalogue ribbon shares tomorrow, so be sure to check back in!
Happy Stampin’
Allison
