I’m sure it’s no big surprise to any of you that read my blog regularly that I did some stamp carving yesterday. I got 15 Undefined refill kits delivered on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I was going batty wanting to carve something! After I finished up some of my ‘regular’ work (emails, paperwork, class prep, etc) I had a little time to carve some stamps.
First off I sketched and carved the little thumb tack stamp. Love how that little cutie turned out! Then I whipped up this super simple one layer card with a scrap I had on my desk from when I stamped a few of the Off the Grid stamps at my crafting date last week. I thought my card was missing a little something, and I’m in withdrawals from the Tape It stamp set, so I carved a super simple stamp of a little piece of faux washi tape. I know I will be getting a lot of use out of these new hand carved stamps!
