Gold Glitz Pillow Box: Tutorial Bundle Design Team Blog Hop

Hello my friends and welcome to the All Star Tutorial Bundle Design Team blog hop! With the 2017 Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalogue just being released, we are incredibly excited to introduce this months Tutorial Bundle – the Holiday Edition!

Our all star team has created a ‘super bundle’ of 12 tutorials using products from the new Holiday Catalogue. This month the bundle contains tutorials for traditional style cards, 3D packaging projects, fancy fold cards, and card sets with packaging! It’s truly loaded with incredible projects you don’t want to miss out on.

My project today uses the same stamp set and dies as the one in my tutorial and is meant to compliment my tutorial project – remember this is not the project in the tutorial. The projects in the Tutorial Bundle are exclusive and you won’t see them anywhere else.

I love fun ways to package little candy gifts and gift cards, and this little pillow box is sized just perfectly.

I’ve used a fun technique of applying Embossing Paste and Gold Glitter for a sparkly textured background and then added a sentiment from the Tags & Trimmings Stamp Set. The addition of a Gold Glimmer Paper bell really ups the ‘glitz’ factor too. You can make the pillow box easily using the Trim Your Stocking Thinlits Dies and your Big Shot. A full list of the supplies I’ve used for my project is at the end of this blog post.
