Today’s post will wrap up the last of the projects I made for the Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator magazine, Stampin’ Success. If you missed any of the prior posts, here’s the links to those projects:
Now let’s check out this small but stunning 3 x 3 card.
Just because a card is small doesn’t mean it isn’t meaningful. I often make small 3 x 3 cards to tuck little notes into presents, customer orders, or a bouquet of flowers.
A few tips to help you recreate this card & envelope:
- take the White Tea Lace Paper Doilies up a notch by embossing them with Gold Embossing Powder – just cover the entire doily with VersaMark Ink and then emboss (just watch out for your fingers, it gets hot!)
- stamp your flowers using Jet Black StazOn Ink – it’s permanent and won’t bleed when you are colouring with your Blender Pen and Markers
- colouring in your flowers will be quick and easy if you use a Blender Pen and some ink from your Coastal Cabana Ink Pad – apply more ink in the centre of the flower and fade it out as you near the edge. Add some definition to the folds in the petals with your Coastal Cabana Stampin’ Write Marker
