Hello crafters, card makers, and stampers! I have an adorable snowy houses Christmas card to share with you today using the Yuletide Village Stamp Set. If you missed yesterday’s card with this stamp set, check it out HERE.
As I mentioned previously, this fabulous stamp set is in the Last Chance section of my online store, so that means it’s while supplies last. Grab one before they’re gone for good!
Now let’s get in to the details of today’s snowy houses Christmas card! The Yuletide Village Stamp Set is the star of the show, but it’s the colouring Stampin’ Blends Markers that really bring it to life. These alcohol based markers make shading techniques possible, and it’s much easier than you may think.
The colours of Stampin’ Blends I’ve used for my card are Real Red, Lost Lagoon, Old Olive, Lemon Lolly, Crumb Cake, and Grey Granite. Be sure you stamp your images using a water based ink pad, like Tuxedo Black Memento, as it won’t react with the alcohol based markers.
I used the Perennial Postage Dies to stamp all my images on in hopes it would look like an oversized postage stamp on my card front. Do you think I pulled it off?
When you shop with me, you get rewarded! With every $50 ordered using the monthly host code, you’ll automatically be enrolled in my Stamp Tokens program, plus receive a thank you gift from me.
Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed the project I had to share with you today! You’ll find a full supply list, with clickable links, at the end of this post. Thank you in advance for shopping with me!
