Simply Adorned Modern Locket

I think it’s probably safe to show you this.  I’m sending this to my Mom for her birthday, so I’m pretty sure it will be in her mailbox when she gets home from Vegas, and I’m certain she’s not checking my blog from there!  Happy Birthday Mom!

This is the Simply Adorned line of jewelry from Stampin’ Up!  I’m loving this line of products more and more as I play with them and do some more creating.  We got a BEAUTIFUL necklace and pentant at Leadership in January, so I used that as my muse to create this gift for my Mom. 

The pendant is 1″ x 1″ square.  For the front I used the Clearly for You stamp set to create an insert that truly is totally my Mom’s style.  A crown and a little bit of bling…how can you go wrong?!?!

For the backside, I created an insert in My Digital Studio that has a picture of my Mom and I and just a little bit of stamping.  I love that this charm is a modern take on the locket!  So cute.

Of course I couldn’t resist adding some more little pretties!  A Trinket Key and a Trinket Crown (both from the Occasions Mini Catalogue).
