As promised, here is one of the layouts from Scrapbooking Club this past Sunday. I had such a great time designing this layout, and now I just have to decide which pictures to use. I’m hoping my sister will send some Valentines pictures of my new nephew…hint hint…
My fave part of this layout is the tree.
I was totally inspired by the heart tree in the Valentine Defined stamp set. For my tree, I hand cut the trunk and branches in Early Espresso. Then I punched LOTS of hearts with the Heart to Heart Punch in Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose, Real Red, and Red Glimmer Paper. The owls are from the Sale-a-bration stamp set Punch Bunch (free with any order over $60).
This was such a fun layout to create, I hope you enjoyed it!
Great idea with the tree! Using that paper is a background is something I hadn't thought of. Awesome page!
