Who is guilty of saving every little scrap of patterned paper and cardstock? 
I save and ‘hoard’ them thinking I’ll have the perfect project come to mind and I’ll suddenly need on billion little strips of paper. Well that project has never come and I NEEDED to either say goodbye to the scraps or find a use for them. WELL, today’s card has solved my problem!
