Hello friends! My gosh it’s a BIG day! Today I have the honour of blog hopping with my friend Brian King’s team, the InKing Royalty. Brian is a gem. I love this guy. Every Stampin’ Up! incentive trip Brian and I get to spend time together and I cherish it. I just wish we didn’t have to wait a year between trips!
He’s going to kill me for posting this picture, but it’s the only one I have of us from our trip to Alaska. Sorry friend! Anyways, let’s get to the deets of this blog hop!
The theme for this hop is ‘We Are Family’. Cute right?! I have been working on these treats to send to friends and family to use on their holiday tables this year, so I thought they were perfect to share with you today for the ‘We Are Family’ blog hop.
I’ve used the fabulous Making Christmas Bright Bundle of stamps and coordinating punch for these little treats. When making a lot of something I find that I always turn to my punches. They’re so quick and easy! Plus these little Christmas lights are just the cutest.
I drew the string on strips of Whisper White Cardstock using my Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker and then punched out circles with my 1 ¼” Circle Punch. Add that onto a layer of coordinating cardstock punched with the 1 ⅜” Scallop Circle Punch and you have a perfect little ‘top’ for some peppermint patties. Don’t you think they’ll jazz up the holiday table?
You’ll find all the supplies to I’ve used to make these cute treats in my Canadian Online Stampin’ Up! Store, with links to everything at the end of this post. Don’t forget to use this month’s host code when you are doing your shopping to earn the November Tutorial Bundle (with orders $50+).

These are such wonderful projects, Allison! I love how bright and cheery they are – such a wonderful gift for a special friend or family member. I love, too, that you drew the string for the lights – you're a smarty! Thanks for the kind words – I enjoy hanging with you, too. So glad you found a picture where you look beautiful, and I look idiotic. How convenient! <3 So happy you hopped with us today! <3
