Hi Everyone!
Christmas is sneaking up upon us and it will be here before we know it, so I’m getting started on my holiday gift holders. I have family all across Canada, so this is a beautiful way to send a gift and keep the postage rate low. This year I’m decorating the Silver Skinny Tins so I can place a gift card in the pocket or even better, some hockey or ballet tickets! Once the tickets or gift card is removed the recipient has a beautifully decorated tin to keep!
The stamp set I’ve used here is called Serene Snowflakes from the Holiday Mini Catalogue. I also used the Yuletide Christmas stamp set for the lovely Merry Christmas saying on the front. Because I’m not particularly fond of my handwriting I used the Calendar Alphabet & Numbers stamp set for my message, something I do quite often. I’ve used Kraft and Close to Cocoa Cardstock. My ink choices are Mellow Moss, Close to Cocoa, and Certainly Celery. I’ve also jazzed it up with some Mini Library Clips and Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon. I had such a blast creating this lovely little tin that I’m going to make up a few kits that will be available for purchase at my November craft events. I’ll be making a bunch of different kits to choose from! Cost will be $10.
Happy Stampin’
Allison
P.S. If you have your heart set on purchasing one of these kits, please let me know to have one ready for you. I wouldn’t want to leave anyone disappointed when they sell out.
