Hello crafters, cardmakers, and stampers! My gosh I’m so excited to share today’s card! Not only does this card feature a stunning flurry of beautiful snowflakes, but it also LIGHTS UP! Yes, there is a little light in there that makes one of the peekaboo snowflakes light up. It looks so so pretty when it’s lit.
I’ve been not so patiently waiting to create this card tutorial so you can create your own lighted cards. So this week on my lice crafting show I shared this card and made it from start to finish, including how to create the circuit inside to make the light work. Enjoy the show!
There’s really nothing hard about making a lighted card like this. It just takes a little knowledge and some unconventional products. Don’t worry, I share resources and links to get everything you need in the video, so please do give it a watch.
Quite honestly, the hardest thing about this card was trying to get a picture of it lit up. In the end I was unsuccessful capturing a photo, but you can see it very clearly in the video.
