Hello friends! I have a beautiful card to share with you today. The Embellished Ornaments stamp set is incredibly stunning, and add the Delicate Ornament Thinlits and you have an absolute KNOCK OUT!
At my class last night we talked about the Big Shot. Do you have one? It’s my most used tool in my craft room and will take any project to next level awesomeness. Here’s a great video by Stampin’ Up! that explains this cool tool and everything you can do with it.
So now that you’ve seen the video, you know how I used the Big Shot to die cut the stunning ornaments on this card. Pretty cool, right?
Creative Tips:
- Be a Big Shot! The Big Shot is the most used tool in my craft room and if you don’t have one, get one. Seriously. Both of the ornaments as well as the sentiment banner on my card today were cut out using the Big Shot. You just can’t do that with a pair of scissors!
- All the glitter, without all the mess! Stampin’ Up! has glimmer papers available in Gold, Silver, Red, Blushing Bride and White. The beauty of this fab paper is that you get all of the impact of glitter, but you don’t have to actually USE glitter. I say this because glitter is what my crafty nightmares are made of. That stuff is MESSY, but not with glimmer paper it’s not.
