Creating bold background designs for your papercrafting projects really comes down to using the correct products with the correct technique. For this card I used my Stampin’ Up! water-based ink pads, applied them with blending brushes, and then splattered with water. And although it sounds simple, I have one tip for you that will make all the difference, so make sure you watch today’s video. I hope you enjoy the tutorial and give the technique a try for yourself.
