We made this gorgeous card at the demonstrator only event in November, called OnStage. I love when I can go to events like this put on by Stampin’ Up! Now let’s get back to this card shall we? I love the focal piece on this card and it was much easier to create than you might think.
Tips:
- Set the black ink aside. I think we tend to reach for black ink often, especially for sentiments. For a softer look, choose something like the Smoky Slate Ink Pad instead.
- Try stamping on designer series paper! The florals on this card were stamped with Smoky Slate Ink onto the Parisian Blossoms Designer Series Paper.
- You can use Stampin’ Blends Markers on designer series paper too! The colours used on these flowers are the Petal Pink and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs.
