Happy Friday! Hopefully with the Canada Day holiday yesterday you are enjoying an extra long weekend!
I made this card with the Friends Never Fade stamp set from the new catty! (if you haven’t checked out the new stuff yet, click HERE to browse the new catalogue). I love that this stamp set can be used for so many different occasions, flowers are good for everything! The green here is Wild Wasabi, a returning in-colour that is now back to stay as part of the colour renovation! This is a 6 x 6 card that is going to be perfect to write a nice big long note to a fabulous friend!

I came here from SCS and found out that you used Wild Wasabi, but I have a couple other questions. Did you stamp the pineapples freehand on the bottom? If you did, great job. Did you use black ribbon or black CS? Inquiring minds need to know!

The image on the bottom half of the card was stamped using the stamp a ma jig but I think if you got the new clear mount stamps then you would be able to stamp free hand. Also, the black strip is a piece of cardstock. Hope that helps! Thanks for your comment! Convention is amazing! I cannot wait to show some pictures when I get home!
Of course you used the stamp a ma jig! Doh! I do have it in the clear mount, so I rulered on a light pencil mark and lined them up that way. Made a different size card and used Poppy Parade and will use black ribbon, but definitely your layout. Love it. Thanks again.
