I love a summer wedding. My husband and I got married in the summer. Wanna see a throwback in time?
We were such babies then. This summer we will celebrate our 9 year wedding anniversary. I can only imagine what wonderful things the next several years will bring.
Ok, ok. I’ll get on to the real reason you’re here. This is my card for the TGIF challenge this week.
Coral has been a hot wedding colour for a few years now and I love how a great wedding colour scheme can translate into a beautiful card. The large Calypso Coral flowers, paired with the bright Cucumber Crush ferns, and itty bitty Watermelon Wonder flowers have such a contemporary feel. The focal piece of this card was so bright that I chose a muted, but lovely, Tip Top Taupe card base that really makes those images pop.

This is so pretty on the taupe background. Who woulda thunk it? Color is my greatest challenge!
I tried a few different ones and Tip Top Taupe really was the clear winner. It's really a lovely colour.
