Acorny Thank You Card: Stampin’ Up! Artisan Blog Hop

Hello friends, and welcome to the Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team blog hop! Can you believe we are down to our final month together? The current team will be ‘disbanded’ at the close of this month and a new team will take over some time after that. The time I’ve spent with the ladies on the team this year will be cherished. We sometimes have Facebook chats late into the night (for me), which is morning or afternoon for some of the ladies across the ocean. I love you my Artisan Design Team friends. *sniff*


I could go on AND ON about how fabulous this year has been, but I assume you’re here to look at my card. This week we are using the Acorny Thank You stamp set and co-ordinating Acorn Builder Punch (shhhh…I didn’t actually use the punch in the end).

The acorns in this set are darling. I love that I can mix and match the different tops and bottoms for what seems like endless combinations. I’ve also paired this stamp set with two others that seemed to go perfectly; Grateful for You and Perpetual Birthday Calendar.

Don’t be afraid to use a nice big piece of designer paper for the base or background of your card. I’ve used the woodgrain pattern from the Into the Woods DSP here. It really makes that white card front POP!
