I chose to make a trio of cards that range in difficulty from easy to advanced. Let’s kick things off with easy.
Some quick and easy stamping of the hot air balloons, paired with some die cut clouds, and a bold sentiment stamped in black, makes for a simple but stunning card.
This next card is still simple, but just a little more time consuming with lots of die cutting.
I stamped each of the hot air balloons onto cardstock with the coordinating ink and die cut them with my Big Shot. I also die cut a few clouds out from the blue sky, and then added a few more white clouds on top.
This last card has a few more details, but I think you’re going to love it.
I’ve used the Sunburst Thinlits to create a mask, and sponged the background with Daffodil Delight Ink for a striking sunburst. I then used the most detailed of the hot air balloon in the Up & Away Thinlits to create a stunning and colourful balloon. Add a little interest to your sentiment by snipping it into pieces and adding them to your card individually.
