Creating cards (and any papercrafts really) that have lots of texture and dimension will make them feel elevated and increase WOW factor. Have you ever looked at a card like the one above and the more you look at it, the more you see? That’s the WOW factor, and it’s very simple to achieve. It’s simply a matter of more is more. Now you still need to be careful not to go too overboard and edit yourself creatively when it’s too much, but sometimes adding layer upon layer of dimension can really pay off.

Now you can see that it’s not so much about having special techniques (although I do love that shimmer splatter) but more about just adding and adding and adding embellishment elements and texture. It really is a WOW card and I hope you love it.
