Thanks for stopping by today! I’ve been very busy planning for the upcoming scrapbooking retreat in Banff and things are coming together fantastically! The retreat filled up very quickly, so if you’d like to be notified when all the details of the spring retreat are final, be sure to email me and let me know.
Today’s card is one that I keep forgetting to share. This little cutie has been sitting on my desk for a week or so, I just needed to photograph it. To create the watercoloured image I used my blender pen and lots of different ink pads to get good colour shading.
Tips:
- use high quality watercolour paper
- use StazOn Ink to stamp your outline image so the ink doesn’t bleed when you colour in your image
- be sure to clean your blender pen between colours
- leave some white areas as highlights
