Happy New Year! I hope you were surrounded with family and friends last night as the clock struck midnight! We were lucky enough to be invited to two gatherings where we had a great time visiting with old and new friends. Having only one family member in the same city (who only moved here a month ago!) is sometimes really hard. Holidays can be tough. And it seems that the older I get the more I long to be with my family. I miss them all the time. Ringing in the new year with friends is great, it helps me feel less lonely.
Enough blabbing eh? I’m sure you’re here for the scrapbook page! I’m working on my Christmas 2012 pages using MDS (My Digital Studio). My fave element on this one is the title. I am in love with the punch letters filled with DSP. Here’s a video from Holly Linford at the Stampin’ Up! home office to show you how to fill your punch with cardstock (or DSP).
Just remember that your letters need to be PUNCHES to fill them with the DSP. I used the Timeless Type Junior Letters for my page.
